Local 639 re-sign rules changed effective June 20, 2016.  In compliance with the IO standards, our re-sign will begin on the 10th of each month and end at 5:00 p.m. on the 16th of each month.  All re-signs must be received within this window.  Early and late re-signs will be discarded.

Re-sign may be done only by mailing in our re-sign form, faxing it to 805-544-3762, online from the Referral & Re-Sign Info tab, or in person at the Local 639 Hall.  Please do not hesitate to call the Local 639 Hall during our business hours to verify our receipt of your faxed or mailed re-sign. All persons registered on the book must re-sign each month, regardless of their status, to maintain their position on the book.
